Kylie is our National Operations Manager as well as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager of NSW and is responsible for internal communications, vendor relations, driving process improvements across the business and supporting office operations nationally focussing on efficiencies and seamless workflow.

Kylie joined u&u in 2016 as an Executive Administrator providing support for u&u’s executive search and recruitment assignments, while also assisting in the coordination of u&u’s office and operational requirements.

Prior to joining u&u, Kylie worked for 8 years in Human Resources as well as an Executive Assistant to the CEO within the Financial Services industry specialising in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Documenting company policy & procedures, Remuneration, and Performance Management.

Kylie truly believes in the purpose of the operational / support function within u&u which is to  to provide efficient and effective operational support to consultants, enabling them to focus on sourcing, evaluating and placing the best talent for our clients.

Favourite drink of choice: Nothing beats a coffee in the morning – with 2 kids its necessary!

The best advice you’ve been given: Don’t focus on the things you cant control. You can only control your response and mindset towards it so focus on that!
